VANILLA COKE

Vanilla Coke

As we can apreciated in the images the same products has two differents faces.
In the firs one we can see that it contains 35mg of sodium, and the second one 0mg
in the second label there are 10.6g of sugar, and in the first label there are 42g.

As soon as I am concerned being the same product of same company has more different additives, and both are vanilla coke from USA and made in same year.
I can promise you that they tasted the same.

Be carefull with what Coke tells you.

Is it really safe to have one of this chewing gums?
It may seem like it is, but lets check the additives, it has 9 of them. First we fin E170,E422,E141,E100 and E903. All this additives aresafe to eat. Then we find E414, this additive is just dangerous in large quantities. But finally we find E171 (oxido de titanio) this additive consumed in small quantities can turn your nails yellow and in large quantities it can block oxygen going to your kidneys and you liver, then we have E133 ( azul brillante) this additive comes from petroleum and it accumulates in the kidneys, sometime it can turn your poop green. The last additive is E321 (butilhidroxituoleno) it also comes from petroleum and it has been prohibited in Japan, it accumulates on body fat and it can cause a raising in the cholesterol level.

COOKED HAM, YUM YUM

WE THINK COOKED HAM IS HEALTHY AN NATURAL,BUT WHEN YOU READ THE INGREDIENTS YOU CAN FIND LOTS OF ADDITIVES, FOR EXAMPLE:

E-451
SIDE EFFECTS: Unknown when used in food. High concentrations of phosphates may disturb several metabolic processes because phosphate plays an important role in general metabolism.
E-450
SIDE EFFECTS: High concentrations of phosphates may disturb several metabolic processes because phosphate plays an important role in general metabolism.
E-331
Is not recommended because consuming large doses can cause long term dental corrosion.

E-407
SIDE EFFECTS: It causes ulcers in the large intestine, micropérdidas blood in urine and slowing growth. It can cause allergies and weaken the immune system. In large quantities it can decrease the absorption of essential minerals.
E-415
could favor the onset of the disease Necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC). Low doses may cause intestinal inflammation. In large doses has great laxative effect.
E-250:
SIDE EFFECTS: When mixed with sodium chloride (common salt) chloride becomes potentially carcinogenic nitrosamines, which are formed in the stomach from nitrites and proteins.
E-621:
SIDE EFFECTS: In low doses it is potentially neurotoxic excitotoxic and since it is able to destroy brain neurons rapidly. It is contraindicated in personal suffering neurological conditions such as Bipolar Disorder, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Epilepsy and Schizophrenia. A study by the University of Michigan found that high levels of glutamate in the brain can promote the emergence of suicidal thoughts. In large doses it can cause allergic reactions and asthma attacks.
E-301 AND E-326 ARE THE ONLY ONES WHICH AREN'T HARMFUL AT ALL.

naturebox, the perfect snack!

It is very difficult to find nowadays a healthy snack. Most of them have have additives and even the fruit that we eat has some chances of still having pesticides and other substances added to make them grow faster.
Thanks to youtube, I found out about this healthy snacks., the nature box. They have no hydrogenated oils, no artificial colors, sweteners or flavours, and no added sulfites.

The only ingredient that is more or less bad is the sulfur dioxide. It is an additive used not to give color to the food, but to keep the color the fruit has. Also it discourages the growth of bacteria. It can cause an allergic reaction, but only to a one percent of the population.
They have more than 100 different types of snacks, but unfrtunately they are only sold in United States.

Natural salt without aditives... Really?

This might seem incredible, but the "natural" salt from EL GRANERO INTEGRAL S.L afirmes that it doesn´t use aditives in the product.Until this point you must say: "oh, it´s all normal a natural product without any aditive. It might be true". But then yo look at the ingredient and alll it puts is salt(what is normal) and Caking sodium chloride also known as E-536 what is clearly an aditive. So just read the ingredients of what you are gonna buy before doing because sometimes we only read the big letters and forget the small one. In this example, if you only read the big letter you are gonna thing you are eating something completly natural while you are eating an aditive.

Caking sodium chloride(E-536): used as caking or anti-caking aditive in salt and in certain types of wine ( E -536 ) .

Threat Threat
The Caking sodium chloride(E-536) is a safe and stable compound under normal conditions. In highly acidic media releases hydrogen cyanide, a highly toxic gas.

Doritos, not so good

The "doritos", expecially the tex-mex ones, have at least 4 additives which are:

  • Glutamato Monosodico(AVOID) :A semi-syntetic flavour buff. In low dosages this additive is capable to destroy your neurons in the brain quickly. This additive is associated with the Parkinson and Alzheimer, also a study from the michigan university discovered that if you eat too much Glutamato Monosodico can cause you to have suiciding thoughts.

  • Cloruro de Potasio(AVOID):A flavour buff derivated from the E 507. in low cuantities only provoces digestive problems, but in large cuantities provoces diarrea and vomiting.

http://www.aditivos-alimentarios.com/2014/01/e507-acido-clorhidrico.html (E 507) really harmfull.
  • Acido citrico(HARMLESS):it only makes the food be more sweet.

Mexican Corn Tortillas ¿Just Tortillas?

Mexican Corn Tortillas

This satanic food label says that we are eating a Merxican Corn Tortilla, but ¿We are just eating that?

As we can see in the following label this Tortillas contain 11 aditives and 4 of them are bad for us.

We are going to start with the additive E-160:

This additive may be toxic and if you usually smoke it´s not recommended to consume it because it can accelerate the appearance of lung cancer.

The additive E-211:

This additive is very toxic and it´s used to prevent yeast and bacteria. In small dosis itcan causes toxicologic problems and alergies. It produce asthma and urticaria if taken while some dyes. May cause allergic intolerance to salicylic acid in people. Inanimal studies it caused seizures. Its accumulation in the body can produce cancerrisk. Attention: If mixed with E222 may cause neurological problems. If E300 may be mixed with benzene , a carcinogenic hydrocarbon. Not for use in pet food because even in small doses is lethal to dogs and cats.

The additive E-330:

In big quantities can cause dental corrosion.
It can also cause cancer

The additive E-466:

Conflicting reports. Cellulose is indigestible to humans but can be fermented in the large intestine and the colon in the form of fiber, however, the long-term effects of regular consumption of artificially added fiber to foods have not yet studied and unknown.

It can cause digestive problems.

Fiber in the cheese?

Here we have a fresh cheese with the ingredients and the nutritional information.

Zooming on the nutritional information we can see the it contains alimentary fiber,
This, is not an ingredient or a nutrient cheese usally has, so it is an additive.

Here there´re the ingredients of the cheese, but we can´t see any additive, well, in fact we can´t see anything, bet there´re not additives written although in the nutritional information there are nutrients that don´t belong to cheese, so it´s a "satanic label".

Does the cooking cream lie us?

                                  COOKING CREAM
In this picture we can see that it puts that is a light cream but....if it is not true?
This ´´light cream´´contains:

E-407:It can cause ulcers in the large intestine, blood in the urine and slowing growth. Associated with allergies and weakened immune system. In large quantities it can decrease the absorption of minerals. It has no nutritional value and promotes the formation of cancerous tumors, its natural but as you can see it very dangerous

E-471:in large doses causes poor assimilation of fatty acids and increases the size of the liver and kidneys.

E-339:in large doses it can cause digestive problems and hyperactivity.
long term can reduce the natural balance of calcium and phosphorus in the body.
is easy to consume large amounts because many foods contain it.
