Fiber in the cheese?

Here we have a fresh cheese with the ingredients and the nutritional information.

Zooming on the nutritional information we can see the it contains alimentary fiber,
This, is not an ingredient or a nutrient cheese usally has, so it is an additive.

Here there´re the ingredients of the cheese, but we can´t see any additive, well, in fact we can´t see anything, bet there´re not additives written although in the nutritional information there are nutrients that don´t belong to cheese, so it´s a "satanic label".

  1. Why didn't YOU choose a better picture?
Is that fiber a bad ingredient?
How do you know that the normal cheese is the second one?
You could have done some research.
